Sent us an email and not heard back?

Don’t worry we’re not ignoring you!   The most common reasons for non-receipt of our emails are:

•    Your mail inbox is full

 

•    Our emailed response has been intercepted before reaching your inbox (by ‘overenthusiastic’ spam filters or firewalls)

 

•    There’s a typo in the email address supplied

 

•    Your Internet Service Provider’s servers are down

If it’s possible that one or more of these issues may apply to you we respectfully ask that you do one of the following:

If your mail inbox is full, try deleting old, unwanted emails to free up more space. Alternatively you could ask your ISP to allocate you a larger storage capacity.

If the emails are getting stopped or moved to the ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder make sure you’ve added the address john@pegasusracingclub.com and sales@pegasusracingclub.com to your email ‘whitelist’. The easiest way to do this is to add it to your ‘Contacts’ list or ‘Address Book’.

Suspect there may be a typo in the email address you submitted? Please contact customer support at: tco-services@dial.pipex.com and they’ll update our records.

If the problem lies with your Internet Service Provider, please try contacting them direct. They may be able to advise as you when the problem will be resolved.

If you have still not received a reply to your email within 24 hours, please let us know. We will re-send and/or investigate any possible problems at our end.  If you could provide us with a telephone number we will call you back at your convenience and our expense.
